Swimming
The club organises coached swimming sessions at Brinscall Swimming Pool which are primarily technique and improvement sessions. Check the training plan for dates and times.
There are also a number of the club that train at Total Fitness on Strand Road and Virgin Active at the Capitol Centre, Walton le Dale.
Open Water Swimming
Salford open water swimming starts at the Watersports Centre the week beginning Monday 3 May 2010 with the 2010 registration form now available to download. The Carnforth sessions start at Lakeland Leisure Village the same week. The water tests have come back fine so the first swim will be Monday 3rd May 7.00pm, usual format, then every 2 weeks after that.
