Tri Preston is a growing triathlon club with more than 200 members ranging from those looking for a bit of fun to serious competitors.
We have sprinters, Olympic distance, middle distance and Ironman competitors of all ages, as well as those who have just joined to keep fit.
Swim, bike, run
Members benefit from access to a dedicated group of qualified coaches providing regular skills sessions. We also have a host of run and ride leaders taking our athletes all over Lancashire every week.
!!2019 Kona Fundraiser!!
After fantastic Iron Man results in Ireland and Bolton, TP’s very own Daniel and Tom are off to Kona in October this year.
So we’re helping to help them by running an fundraiser.

Monday – Intermediate Swim 🏊🏼♂️🏊🏼♀️ – 8.20pm poolside, for 8.30pm start at NUFFIELD, PRESTON with Dave (1 hour session) – buy from the Club Shop.
IF YOU HAVEN’T SWAM WITH THE CLUB BEFORE AT NUFFIELD, PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO COMPLETE H&S FORMS.
Tuesday – Chain Gang 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏼♂️🚴🏻♀️– 6.50pm meet, Bensons for Beds, Preston Docklands for 7pm off with Ian. Usual 3 groups, bike lights required for the way home. (1hr 15 mins session)
Thursday – Run 🏃🏻♂️ 🏃🏻♀️
Meeting at 6.50 for 7pm start with Pete at Buckshaw Tesco for the Hill Rep Session. Inclusive session for ALL & everyone stays together but works at their own pace.
Friday – No club session / Rest Day 😴
Saturday – Club Park Run 🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♂️🏃🏻♀️
As per Liam’s post yesterday, this session will incorporate Park Run.
Sunday – Bike 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏼♂️🚴🏻♀️🚴🏼♂️
All rides departing from PSA at 9am this week.
The leads are Ian Murphy & Vanessa Holme.
As we enter the off season these rides will be more social and relaxed riding, building peoples skills and developing all riders.
