A series of run walk sessions to build distance with the end goal of completing a 5k Park run just before Christmas. Meet at 6:50pm for a 7:00pm start. All Sessions will be held at Preston Docs, parking at Bensons for Beds.
Run Session - Meet at 8:55am at Pendle (tarmac car park) which is on your left when you go past the Pendal Ski centre / wellsprings restaurant and then Nick O Pendle and before you reach Sabden. Join in with weekly sessions run via Zwift. You will require a turbo trainer and a Zwift membership to take part in these sessions. Instructions on how to join the sessions can be found on the document attached to this event.
