Members catchup after October committee meeting. It's a great opportunity for new members to meet the committee and existing members and ask any questions you might have. It's also a great excuse to have a drink and eat some pizza.

A series of run walk sessions to build distance/time with the end goal of completing a 5k Park run just before Christmas. Meet at 6:50pm for a 7:00pm start. All Sessions will be held at Preston Docs, meet at Springfield Financial Services. Parking available.

Join in with weekly sessions run via Zwift. You will require a turbo trainer and a Zwift membership to take part in these sessions. Instructions on how to join the sessions can be found on the document attached to this event.
